Xuan helped organise tours for my family to My Son and Hue during our stay in Danang. She was quick to reply and provide information, also very flexible when I had to make an amendment last minute which was helpful. I think the cost is on the pricier side for Vietnam especially as it is a private tour but well worth it for the quality, flexibility and general peace of mind. The driver and tour guide that accompanied us were both excellent. We had my 9 months old son with us and the driver took extra care navigating the roads which I appreciated. He was also helpful getting him in and out of the car seat which Xuan also provided. Thuy was our guide both days and she was excellent! Thuy was informative and engaging but also knew when we needed to take a rest in the back of the vehicle. She has great energy, a lovely demeanor and was very friendly with my son. I would especially recommend Thuy for anyone traveling with young children. She is very good with kids. So Thanks again to Xuan, Thuy and our kind driver whom I unfortunately did not catch the name of. We enjoyed our two day tour!
