We booked two private tours, one in Da Nang with Lam and Jame and one to the Cam Kim Island near Hoi An with Tommy. Both tours were perfectly organized, the cars were spacious and clean and the tour guides were very friendly. They showed us not only the tourist hot spots but also some “real” Vietnam (restaurants, beach places, family houses etc.). And Lam even found a shop dedicated to special products my wife wanted to buy. Customer service at its best!
