We(my wife,my mother and myself)arrived Danang a few days ago and have arranged on line with Xuan travel for airport transfer and private tours. The driver (we forgot the name)was punctual and waiting for us. He was also very polite and helpful. My mother needs help walking and he helped her in and out of the car without our asking.
The next morning out guide met us at our hotel for a tour to Ba Na Hills. She’s a young,cheerful and again very helpful lady called Tram. Despite her petite size she pushed my mothers wheelchair all thru he tour and even helped carried it up the many stairs. We could not have managed without her. So much so that we requested her for the second day’s tour to My Son.
I highly recommend Xuan tours and Tram as a guide.
