We had an excellent time with Xuan Tu (the boss). Arrangement was made last minute only the night before but email response was fast and everything sewn up quickly. Went to the usual places (my 2nd trip here), but you get the details, insights and attention not available from the typical group tours. Besides playing guide, she also triples up as photographer, translator and bargain negotiator. Gives local recommendations on shopping as well (great fixed price shops without need for the usual bargaining).
