Lam picked us up at Chan May port (short walk to the gate) and had a full day of sightseeing perfectly planned. We enjoyed it all and Lam was very professional, warm & friendly. He spoke English very good and was easy for us to understand. He made sure we got the best prices when we shopped and was very informative & knowledgeable about all the important places we visited. We asked for lunch at a local spot and he knew exactly where to go. Food was delicious. On the way back to our ship, he took us to a banh mi stand and treated us to the best baguette ever. A great day with a wonderful guide.
