Xuan Tu tours is a must if you are in the area. I requested a tour at the last minute, and they accommodated! I was able to communicate in real time over WhatsApp, which gave me a lot of reassurance while setting things up.
My tour guide, Thu, was amazing. I honestly felt like I was hanging out with a friend all day. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and flexible- she tailored the tour to my interests.
We had a nice, private van take us around all day- super convenient and reliable. Thu coordinated all the tickets and logistics, so that was a huge help.
10/10 would recommend.
