Fantastic time in Da Nang and Hoi An
My husband and I had the pleasure of discovering the history, culture and beauty of these amazing cities with Xinh at Xuan Tu Vietnam Tours. She was fantastic!!! We are in Vietnam celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and apart from our wedding day, I don’t think we have more photos of the 2 of us on any other day!!! Xinh was quite easy to understand and funny… We experienced foods that we would definitely not have tried on our own and the food court that we had lunch at we actually went back to twice. The food was tasty, cheap as were the beers!!! Also the people who operated it were lovely. And to top the day off, we were overlooking the river and lights in beautiful Hoi An when Xinh bought in a cake to celebrate our special day. A Memorable Experience
Our tour of Da Nang with Xuan Thu provided us a personable and informative insight into the history and culture of this beautiful city and its surroundings. We thoroughly toured the temples and caves of Marble Mountain, tasted delicious coffee at a local coffee house, went to the market , visited the Lady Buddha statue, and shared a light supper before flying out. Xuan Thu is a very special person who is enthusiastic and very committed to interacting with her clients and highlighting the best that Viet Nam and the Vietnamese people have to offer. Our guide, Lam, was absolutely outstanding and gave us a fantastic tour of Marble Mountain, Hoi An and highlights of DaNang. Tu and her team are THE BEST at showing guests the Da Nang area!!! Lam is an exceptional tour guide! Through his eyes, I now understand the culture of Vietnam! Lam went the extra mile to ensure I left The Royal Palace and Hue with a sense of the 150 year dynasty. A highlight for me was the day we spent in the caves at Marble Mountain hearning about how they evolved from the 14th centuries. We had lunch at a local spot which photo’s only capture a glimpse of the beauty. Ba Na Hills is a MUST SEE for travelers! Lam even road the roller coaster!!! Many tour guides take you to a spot and give you a time to meet and go to the next stop. Lam is highly engaged and goes the extra mile. Took me to dinner when it was past the tour stopping time.
