Xuan Tu is amazing
We hired Xuan Tu for a combined private tour of Da Nang and Hoi An, based on trip advisor reviews, and boy are we glad we did. She exceeded our expectations!! Xuan Tu is an extremely knowledgeable and efficient “bundle of energy”. She’s a tiny little thing, with a huge, gigantic personality, and is such fun to be around. My husband and I were on a cruise, and had just one day in Da Nang, and I walk with a cane and am limited in how much I can do, but Xuan Tu was excellent at taking us to wonderful places and making sure we saw a lot of things. In Hoi An (which is beautiful), she took us to some special places. One was a beautiful tea room, run by deaf mutes. Another was a “house” in the middle of the town, that had an open garden area. And she took us to this amazing sandwich shop, which Anthony Bourdain recommended, and it was fantastic! She even helped us bargain for some souvenirs. Even though Hoi An was flooded in some places (due to recent storms), we were able to see a lot of it, and even the flooded streets were beautiful (with people getting around on boats). Great Tours!!
We had two amazing tours with Lam! We had an amazing authentic food tour in Danang. Lam knew all the best local stops. We had a tour of the island and Hoi An. He was fun to be with, had great English and very knowledgeable of history. He was so willing to change things up as we wanted and is really a great guide and person. Best day ever! Wow, I have just enjoyed the most amazing day with Xuan Tu and her company! The day was very informative and there was not a single question I asked (and I asked a lot) that she didn’t know the answer to! Today was exciting, funny and we had the best time ever! We were fortunate enough to be invited into Xuan Tu’s family home for an amazing meal with her mother, the food was out of this world and the experience topped off an already perfect day! Thank you so much for ensuring our day was brilliant! Sensational, Educational & a whole lot of fun!
After contacting Xuan Tu via email last night to see if a last minute tour was possible we were very fortunate that she made time for us today! What a truly amazing day we have had… Xuan Tu’s warm personality, outstanding local knowledge and enthusiasm for her country is completely infectious! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our day, from the lovely car that arrived right on time to welcome us, Xuan Tu’s happy and warm personality to the incredible sights and sounds she shared with us around Da Nang! If you want to enjoy an amazing day, no rushing or pushy selling techniques… then I highly recommend you contact Xuan Tu. Her professionalism and passion for ensuring you enjoy a wonderful time as well as the way she shares her knowledge is world class she also speaks excellent English! Don’t waste your time contacting any other tour group, this is the ONLY way to see Central Vietnam! So good in fact that we have book another tour with her when we go travel to Hoi An! Best day ever with Tommy.
Tommy was such a great tour guide, he came recommended by friends and I’m so glad we were able to spend the day with him. He took us all over Hoi An, to amazing restaurants and cafes, through cool alleys, and into places we never would have known existed.
