My family and I have the best experience touring Da Nang with Xuan Tu and her team. Xuan Tu has been very responsive to all our queries and very prompt in responding to our text messages. Our guide, Lam, has been wonderful. He took care of all of us very well especially my grandma who is 86 years old. He made sure that he got our names first thing when we met at the airport. You can be rest assured if you are not good in taking photos. Lam will help to take good photos and his shots are very good. All my Aunties and my mom love him a lot. He is very caring, accommodating, friendly and most important, he has a very good heart. And not to forget, the driver, Khanh. He is very kind and always with smile on his face.
We truly enjoy our trip and because of Xuan Tu and her team, we will visit Da Nang again and we defiinitely would love to have Lam and Khanh again.
