I had organised a tour with Xuan Tu before our trip to Vietnam via email. She was great to deal with, prompt responses and answered all of my questions.
Upon arriving she had a full day of activities planned out for us in Hoi An, and made it a day to remember for our honeymoon. She even came back to our hotel after our day had ended to bring us a some presents and a card, which was well above and beyond any tour guide we have ever met.
For anyone travelling to Da Nang or Hoi An I could not recommend her service more highly, a lovely person and great fun.
